Working closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams, you’ll coordinate business planning activity to drive performance and innovation.You’ll be part of a team that champions strategic thinking and operational excellence, ensuring AAT remains agile and responsive in a fast‑changing environment.Major objectivesSupport the development and implementation of organisational strategies and business plans.Coordinate planning cycles, ensuring alignment across departments.Prepare presentations and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.Contribute to risk management and scenario planning activities.Coordinate research and insight plans to deliver evidence‑based recommendations which inform strategic decision‑making.Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.What are we looking for?Experience in strategy, planning or project management.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Knowledge of strategic planning frameworks (desirable).If you’re passionate about shaping organisational strategy and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.What are the benefits?At AAT we believe in treating our staff well and this is reflected in our wide‑ranging benefits, which include:Hybrid working (1-2 days per week in our London office) and opportunities for further flexible working.25 days’ annual leave, increasing one day per year up to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays.Great pension scheme, life assurance and critical illness cover.Health cash plan.Enhanced maternity and shared parental leave contributions of up to 6 months’ full pay depending on the length of service.Regular wellbeing initiatives.Cycle2Work scheme and much more.Closing dateThe planned closing date for this role is 8 December 2025 at 17.00, however, we reserve the right to close the role earlier than planned.Our CommitmentIt’s an exciting time to join AAT and we would love you to join us on our journey.
