What you’ll be doing… Develop and refine financial models and pricing strategies for bids aligned to commercial objectives Translate tender documentation into accurate, persuasive financial workbooks and client‑facing content Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Finance teams to shape winning proposals Document pricing assumptions for internal approval and client submission Support weekly investment and bid review meetings Benchmark and analyse pricing to support competitive decision‑making Continuously improve costing, modelling, and pricing efficiency This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and the challenge of balancing commercial creativity with financial rigour. Working pattern Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm with hybrid working: 3 days in the office / 2 days at home per week. What can you bring? Part‑qualified (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) or qualified by experience in commercial or management accounting Experienced in commercial finance with exposure to bids or tender environments (advantageous but not essential) Confident engaging and influencing stakeholders across functions Detail‑oriented with strong Excel and modelling skills Comfortable challenging assumptions and offering fresh, data‑led perspectives A strong communicator who can make complex financial insights clear and compelling Brilliant Work Deserves Brilliant Perks Free, tasty meals – Enjoy tasty, nutritious food on us while you work Flexible working – including part time roles, because life doesn’t run on a 9‑5 schedule.
