Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in both site and office environments while developing the skills needed to become an accomplished asbestos surveyor.Assist with asbestos surveys and sample analysis using polarised light microscopy techniquesFollow strict procedures and quality standards to ensure compliance with UKAS accreditationSupport office‑based tasks including data logging, report compilation, and equipment maintenanceWork under supervision while learning industry best practices and preparing for formal qualificationsWhat we’re looking for:A genuine interest in science and a methodical approach to workStrong attention to detail and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressurePhysically fit to undertake site activities and adaptable to varying work environmentsMotivated to learn and develop, with excellent organisational and communication skillsHampshire is a beautiful place to live, with vibrant cities, miles of coastline and two National Parks.
