This 12-month fixed-term contract role is supporting the Conference Strategic Partnerships team, this team acts as the bridge between Gartner business units and our Conferences and will be aligned to our EMEA technology insights portfolio. The teams focus is on aligning the Conference strategy with our partners’ strategy, helping them to execute their onsite experience. This contractor will lead the Sales and Service enablement performing monthly briefings for their respective region. The primary goal of this associate will be to maintain and build strong relationships with these business units, understand their goals and objectives for being onsite at our conferences, and will partner with our Conference centers of excellence to execute their strategy onsite as it aligns with Conference strategy. What You Will Do: Deliver GTS Sales and Service Briefings Prepare and deliver monthly regional briefings for all GTS conferences Coordinate with Sales Operations, Service Operations, and Sales Communications team to prepare our Sales and Service associates for upcoming Gartner Conferences Partner with Conference CoEs to ensure we are delivering the full value of our Conferences to our associates Partner with BU leads within Strategic Partnerships to ensure what we are communicating is globally consistent Additive Function Process (Ad-hoc/ADF) Receive Additive Function requests and determine if requests meets ADF criteria Support Logistics lead in the execution of requested and approved ADF Partner with Program Management team and other Conference COEs to ensure requests are the ‘right thing to do’ and support the execution of request if approved Execute Onsite Delivery Partner with Conference Associate Registration to support any onsite presence from BUs Ensure staffing is provided for any functions that require support and to ensure Exclusive Member Experience is supported Ensure onsite check-ins and space walkthroughs with the BUs at the conference are made to ensure teams are successful and have any questions and concerns addressed quickly Create impactful and supportive relationships between Conferences and partnering business units Global operational effectiveness (scalable and consistent processes) Effective communications and collaboration with partnering business units and internal Conference stakeholders What You Will Need: Bachelors degree preferred 4+ years of work experience in a corporate environment> Prior conference/event experience a plus, but not required Experience working with leadership Project management and leadership experience a plus Strong organizational skills: able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Client focused with proven customer service skills Strategic thinker: able to work issues through to resolution Proactive and decisive with a high sense of urgency Communicative and collaborative with strong oral and written communication skills Who are we?
