Accounts Trainee

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced accounting professionals to learn the required procedures needed for a career in accounting with full training leading to a professional qualification and development opportunities to enhance your career. TWP has a varied client base giving candidates the opportunity to get involved with a variety of work and development opportunities. This would be the perfect role for an A-level leaver or graduate with entry level accounting knowledge experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. General Duties and Responsibilities Assisting with financial and management accounts preparation for limited companies. Assisting with business tax returns Assisting with managing client expectations and deadlines Exposure to and some processing of client records accurately using Xero, QuickBooks and other accountancy software. Exposure to VAT returns and management accounts. Assisting with general administrative duties including, filing and supporting the team to meet deadlines as required Qualifications Essential: A Levels – A to C results in at least 3 A Levels Maths GCSE – 9 to 7 pass minimum Professional Development: The successful candidate will have a varied role within the team and be provided with full training leading to a professional qualification.
