Responsibilities Support robotic surgery within the department, focusing on clinical bedside assistance. Work closely with consultant surgeons as part of the surgical care team. Assess and prepare patients for surgery. Manage the clinical area effectively on a day‑to‑day basis and plan ahead. MSc, PG Cert, or PG Dip in Surgical Care Practice. Strong experience in robotics, urology, and gynaecology. Registration as a healthcare professional with a related honours degree. Recent theatre nursing experience. 2–3 years of experience as a Qualified Surgical Care Practitioner. An aptitude for clinical and operative practice.
