The home is designed to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents. Job Responsibilities As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to: Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan. Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene. Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents. Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion. Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties. Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment. No experience required – Your values and behaviours matter more than your background.
