Position: Claims Handler – Professional Indemnity Team We are currently looking for a Claims Handler to join our professional indemnity team based out of our London office. Key Responsibilities Investigate and assess claims, working closely with policy holders, clients, brokers, legal professionals, third party administrators ("TPA’s") and other stakeholders to ensure fair and timely resolution. Liaise closely with other insurers where Amtrust are either a follow line or lead insurer in a follow market and conduct thorough investigations into professional indemnity claims. Gather relevant evidence, review policy terms and conditions and set strategy for resolution and reserves. Qualifications Solid claims experience, ideally with exposure to professional indemnity claims. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Good attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills. Ability to thrive in a role that offers both collaborative and independent working. Cross‑functional collaboration and client engagement capabilities.
