This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the SuccessFactors Compensation solution to ensure it meets business objectives, supports compensation planning cycles, and aligns with HR strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our plan to rethink our HR business objectives and set about creating a much more engaging employee experience. A key project that aligns with our company mission, “To be the Most Trusted and Sustainable Partner in the Sky”. This role will be remote first, however travel will be expected of you.ResponsibilitiesConfigure, maintain, and support the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, including business rules, guidelines, templates, and eligibility criteriaCollaborate with HR business partners and the compensation team to gather and analyse business requirementsManage annual compensation planning cycles, including salary, bonus, and equity processesProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the Compensation modulePerform regular system audits and data validations to ensure data integrity and complianceLead testing efforts for system updates, enhancements, and new functionalityDocument system processes, configurations, and best practicesPartner with the SAP SuccessFactors team and/or vendors for advanced troubleshooting and issue resolutionDeliver user training, develop training materials, and support end-user adoptionMonitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and process efficiencyQualificationsTo help us make a difference, you’ll bring your passion and expertise for what you do along with the following skills, experience, qualifications and attributes:Essential3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2 years specifically in the Compensation moduleStrong understanding of compensation planning concepts, guidelines, and cyclesExperience with configuration of Compensation templates, guidelines, and eligibility rulesFamiliarity with integration points between Compensation and other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals)DesirableBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fieldSAP SuccessFactors Compensation CertificationExperience with global compensation planning and localization requirementsExposure to Employee Central and other modules such as Performance & Goals or Variable PayExperience in a multinational or enterprise-scale environmentPersonal AttributesAnalytical thinking and problem-solvingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and data accuracyChange management and training deliveryTechnical aptitude with cloud-based HR systemsWe are looking for people who want to make a difference, talented members with the skills and passions to become the best of the future in what they do.
