Key Responsibilities & Tasks Ensure accurate and timely supplier payments, invoice processing, and ledger maintenance in line with internal procedures and supplier terms. Maintain clean and reconciled supplier accounts, resolving aged, queried or lost items and managing balances for new or lost sites. Respond promptly to urgent requests and maintain clear, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor service delivery against SLAs, ensuring compliance with financial controls, data accuracy and fraud prevention protocols. Support continuous improvement efforts, identifying and implementing process enhancements to improve efficiency and service quality. Collaborate across departments and assist with ad‑hoc tasks or projects to support team operations and protect the business’s reputation. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office‑based role. Personable and resilient, with confidence to handle challenging supplier interactions. Analytical and curious, with a drive for process improvement and system development. Organised, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail with good judgement and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
