Join our warehouse in Bicester where you\'ll be working in a state-of-the-art facility preparing orders for customers. We have a variety of areas and shift options available and you can plan your work-life balance with our core roster. Receive your work pattern 6 - 13 weeks in advance, giving you time to plan time with family and friends. You will be required to work in both Ambient and chill areas (-5°C). Responsibilities Despatch: loading individual totes into frames for delivery vans and sorting totes returning to site; physical role requiring lifting. Pick: picking and packing customer orders into shopping totes, with some assistance from robots. Inbound: receiving goods from suppliers and placing into totes for robots and pickers to operate. Freezer: picking and packing frozen items in a large freezer at temperatures up to -25°C; full gear provided. Shift times Days Pick/Freezer: 05:00 - 15:00 - 4 days Nights Pick/Freezer: 19:00 - 05:00 - 4 nights Days Despatch: 07:00 - 17:00 - 4 days Nights Despatch: 21:00 - 07:00 - 4 Nights Days Inbound: 06:00 - 17:00 - 4 days Nights Inbound: 19:00 - 06:00 - 4 Nights What you get in return Hourly rate: £12.35 per hour Night shift premium (between 11.45pm and 5.45am): £2.67 per hour Freezer Premium - £0.80 per hour Overtime paid at basic x 1.25 Enhanced digital GP service for you and your dependents 50% earned salary advances for four-weekly paid employees High street shopping and restaurant discounts including 15% off Ocado.com Up to 7% matched pension contributions after three months of service Established car share commuting scheme There’s plenty of opportunity for progression; 87% of salaried roles are filled by internal colleagues.
