We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to support the development of the compliance function within Nest Invest during the next stage of our evolution. The role holder will report to the Senior Compliance Manager within the Compliance function of Nest Invest. The role will involve working closely with the Head of Compliance and key stakeholders across Nest Invest and the Nest Corporation. Minimum Criteria Demonstrable experience of working in and compliance management function within an FCA regulated entity, preferably Investment Firms and/or OPS firms. Knowledge and experience of regulatory rules and requirements, including FCA rules and working practices. Strong judgement and pragmatism in navigating risk, with ability to communicate clearly and confidently Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong personal credibility, with the ability to engender trust, confidence and respect from colleagues A pragmatic attitude to problem solving, recognising that the organisation’s response to risk needs to be proportionate A collaborative and proactive mindset Strong stakeholder engagement skills Eye for detail A self-starter, with the ability to lead without supervision Strong analytical skills Excellent presentation skills Highly organised Flexible and Agile Working Hybrid of office (Canary Wharf, London) and home working – expectation to attend the office once to twice a week, or more, as required Reduce or vary working hours Reduce or vary the days worked Work compressed hours Job share Click here to see the benefits we offer at Nest.
