Overview Job Summary To undertake catering duties to a high standard of cleanliness and safe practices in the distribution centre / Kitchen and associated areas. To assist with basic food preparation as required, compliance with hygiene and HACCP policies. To take deliveries, ensure stock is ordered in a timely manner to avoid shortages. To pick and pack patients' food orders daily. Part time - 22.5 hours per week (Roster Based - Every other weekend involved. Shift times between 9am-3pm). Responsibilities Picking and packing of the food transport boxes. Ensure all temperature monitoring systems are up to date and recorded. Ordering and receiving of stock; quality control of all products. Reporting damaged or ineffective machinery in a timely manner. Trained or training to intermediate food hygiene level. Stock takes and management of supplier systems. Dealing with customer complaints or issues and resolutions in a timely manner. Reporting to the Catering Manager.
