Traffic Signals Technician Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Traffic Signals Technician to support the delivery of safe, reliable, and efficient transport infrastructure across the North East. This is an opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects improving the operation and sustainability of the local transport network. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and test traffic signal systems and associated electrical equipment. Diagnose and repair faults to keep the network operating safely and efficiently. Support delivery of new and upgraded junctions, crossings, and traffic management schemes. Maintain accurate records and reports using appropriate digital systems. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery. About You You will have a solid technical background with experience in electrical or traffic signal work, and a practical, safety-focused approach. We're looking for someone who can: Demonstrate experience working with traffic signal systems and electrical infrastructure. Interpret technical drawings and use diagnostic tools effectively. Work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision. Communicate clearly and work well as part of a wider team.
