Core responsibilities include:Leading from the front and working shoulder to shoulder with your teamManaging, recognising and rewarding your team whilst maximising the performance of your storeIdentifying the potential of your team to ensure a strong pipeline of talentSupporting in creating a working environment where people are happy to come into workOwning store financial contribution to drive sales and control costsEnsuring you and your team always provide the highest level of customer serviceMaintaining commercial awareness of competitors to improve team and store performanceTaking responsibility for all aspects of store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, including cleanliness and maintenance, health and safety compliance, store security, and accurate administrationEncouraging a positive and flexible approach to daily management of the store/teamAbout The OrganisationHere at Big Yellow, people are at the heart of our business.
