Responsibilities Bring the N Curriculum to life across different age groups through play and meaningful interactions. Support room leaders and educators with daily routines, activities and care practices. Create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children. Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families and colleagues. Embrace the variety and pace of working flexibly across different rooms and age groups. Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene policies. Maintain professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude throughout your shifts. Qualifications & Experience Experience working with children in an early years environment. Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (preferred). A flexible, reliable approach and ability to adapt quickly to different rooms and teams. Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge (or a willingness to train). A passion for helping children grow, learn and thrive. A positive, team‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
