Job Summary An exciting opportunity for a Part Time (Job Share Role) Referral Hub Supervisor within Imperial Private Healthcare, primarily based at Charing Cross Hospital but may cover other sites. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring delivery of an exceptional Private Care referral service. Key Responsibilities Coordinating and managing incoming Private Care enquiries and referrals, liaising with consultants, secretaries, and private outpatient departments. Supervising the Private Referral Hub team, ensuring efficient service and performance. Reviewing medical and clinical information, determining appropriate specialists, and allocating accordingly. Booking outpatient appointments across Private Care sites and ensuring private outpatient rooms are available. Monitoring daily Private Care review sites, responding to all client entries efficiently. Handling complex private patient enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat, maintaining a high level of customer service. Maintaining data entry logs for all enquiries and presenting analytical data to the Private Care Marketing team monthly. Contributing to the planning and implementation of change within the Private Referral Hub. Qualifications & Experience Experience working in private healthcare or a similar setting. Strong supervisory, teamwork, and communication skills. Professional and courteous telephone manner with ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Understanding of medical terminology and referral processes. Ability to work in a busy environment and build positive working relationships. Agreeable to split responsibilities and working hours in a job‑share arrangement. Working Hours & Scheduling The Private Referral Hub department is open 8‑6 Mon‑Fri. Successful candidates must agree in advance how responsibilities and working hours will be split for the role.
