We have a modern fleet of premium brand vehicles, fantastic training opportunities and are proud to be a DVSA Earned Recognition operator.Pay & Shift: 4 on 4 off day shiftBasic: £32,396.00 (£178.00 per shift) paid at 3.5 shifts per week = 182 shifts per year4/4 shift + 3 nights out per week + A grade bonus per month (OTE) = £40,443.20Nights out paid @ £36.20 per nightShift hours are based on an average of 12 hours per shift, calculated over a 26 week reference period.Graded driver performance bonus (Grade A – D) worth up to £2,400.00 per annumThe Role4 on 4 off day shiftUse of the latest technology i.e. electronic POD devices, electronic walk around checks (full training will be provided).To ensure accurate and timely communication with the Transport teamTo deliver goods in a timely and professional mannerWe OfferTraining opportunities available to develop existing skills i.e. ADR, driver assessor, FLT licences.Very well presented modern fleet that are predominately MAN, Scania, DAF & IvecoFunded CPC trainingFull PPE & uniform provided20 days annual leaveRecently refurbished on site facilitiesFree on site parkingYou NeedCandidates will be a fully qualified HGV Class 1 (C+E) driver with a CPC, valid Digi card and a good understanding of Tachograph and WTD rules.You will be reliable and punctual and have a flexible approachGood verbal communication with excellent customer service skills and a professional approachPrevious Class 1 experience is preferred but not essential.Newly passed Class 1 HGV drivers are welcome to apply.
