OverviewTax Investigations Manager/Senior Manager – Manchester City Centre£50,000 - £85,000 + Benefits + BonusWe are currently working with a leading national tax advisory firm who are looking to bring in a new Manager or Senior Manager to their tax investigations/disputes team. Your new firm works with a range of high-net-worth individuals who have a very complex portfolio, providing exposure to a range of technically challenging projects.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.Service Delivery: Provide high-quality Tax Investigation/dispute services to a range of HNWI and UHNWIs across the UK and internationally.Technical Delivery: COP9, COP8, HMRC Nudge letters and other supporting investigation and dispute work.Problem Solving: Deliver clear and concise solutions to administrative and analytical issues related to HMRC enquiries.Business Development: Collaborate with other members of the team and assist with the overall growth of the Manchester office.Your background & experienceYou'll need to come from a well established tax investigation/disputes background, or have experience with HNWIs and exposure to investigations & disputes.Ideally you'll have a professional qualification including a CTA, ACA, ACCA or significant experience.Relationship and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role given the nature of your clients.Excellent technical skills along with the ability to write clear and concise tax advisory reports, along with experience working closely with HMRC.What you'll get in returnCompetitive salary bench-marked against large firmsFirm wide enhanced profit share bonus schemeOpportunity to help grow the Manchester office and Northern offeringInteresting and challenging portfolio of investigations workContactIf you want to find out more about this firm and the opportunity please give Sam Minor a call on 07764700259 or email at sam.minor@pro-tax.co.uk________As an employer, we are committed to ensuring the representation of people from all backgrounds regardless of their gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnicity, age, neurodiversity, disability status, or any other aspect which makes them unique.
