Due to ongoing growth across the UK, our franchisees are looking to recruit motivated and driven team members to join the Subway brand.The Store Manager is central to the operation, responsible for store sales, profitability, customer service, and operational excellence.About The RoleIf you are currently a Catering Manager, Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or an experienced Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager seeking career progression, we want to hear from youYou will be primarily responsible for the success of your store, including managing sales, costs, customer satisfaction, and team performance.Key Responsibilities Include:Recruitment, induction, training, and development of staff in line with Subway standards — lead by exampleCreating and managing staff schedulesChecking deliveries, matching orders, and handling daily bankingPreparing stock and sales paperwork, employee pay, and timesheetsManaging cash, minimizing wastageEnsuring 100% compliance with Subway and local guidelinesInventory management and stock control, including weekly stock takes and reportsAnalyzing sales and inventory reports to drive business improvementsMaintaining store cleanliness and presentationImplementing in-store marketing and promotional materialsFollowing safety procedures to prevent injuriesProviding a safe environment for staff and customersEncouraging high customer service standards among staffHandling escalated customer complaintsDelivering excellent service and catering to customer needsWorking as a Store Manager in a Subway franchise is challenging but rewarding.
