Overview Join to apply for the Sales Consultant role at Cala Group Limited. We are expanding our Sales team and are recruiting for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Basingstoke. Responsibilities Use negotiating and influencing skills to achieve sales while ensuring the accurate processing of sales and contracts from reservation to exchange and completion via on-site IT systems. Have previous experience in luxury branded sales in a housebuilding environment, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Meet customers, guide them through the property specification and assist them through the purchasing and handover process. Ensure the development is presented to a high standard at all times and provide excellent customer service throughout the buying process. Carry out market research and collate reports for the sales management team; contribute ideas to help meet sales targets and keep up-to-date with industry factors. About You / Qualifications Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with excellent listening skills and the ability to adapt your communication style to individuals and different media. Experience with Microsoft Office and confidence using IT systems; effective management of the on-site database. Previous new homes sales experience; a demonstrated passion and flair for selling. Weekend working and flexibility; full driving licence with access to a vehicle. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; highly motivated, target-driven and able to meet essential criteria.
