What You'll Do:

As a key member of the 24/7 operations team, you'll be at the heart of our night shift coordination efforts. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining excellent communication between day and night shifts. Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities:

Collaborate with the operations team to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
Coordinate plans for the upcoming night and next day, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.
Provide detailed handovers to the day shift supervisor, guaranteeing nothing is missed.
Engage with team members, customers, and service partners in the UK and globally.
Act as the internal link and communicator with our diverse team of drivers.
Tackle challenges and adapt quickly to the ever-changing logistics landscape.

What We're Looking For:

Transport Knowledge: A solid understanding of the transport industry, driver legislation, and geography (UK & Continental Europe).

Experience:

- 2 years in transport planning
- 1 year of EU to UK Customs and ETSF procedures
- 2 years in air cargo and HGV driver management (preferred)

IT Proficiency: Good working knowledge of Office-based software.
