Business Pathway Roles Business Analyst (BA): Investigate and analyse business needs, identify improvement opportunities, define requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives. BA’s take a holistic approach, considering people, processes, technology and organisational structure to deliver value while minimising risks. Project Manager (PM): Support the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget. Assist in task delegation, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication and process improvement, gaining experience in project lifecycle management. Project Management Office (PMO): Establish and maintain project management standards, ensure timely delivery, scope/quality adherence and budget control while minimising risks. PMOs oversee governance, methodology, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking and risk management; provide performance insights to senior management. Product Manager: Orchestrate the development, launch and ongoing success of a product. Define product vision, create roadmaps, prioritise features based on customer needs and business goals, ensure quality and functionality resonates with key stakeholders. You will typically work for one client, delivering high‑quality outcomes during your Grayce tenure. They will offer support, insights and share experiences. Progression Start as an Analyst with potential for significant salary progression. Pick up invaluable skills and complete a minimum of six industry‑recognised accreditations during the programme. Qualifications 2:1 Undergraduate Degree: Open to graduates from all undergraduate backgrounds with a minimum 2:1 degree. Analytical Problem Solving: Spot patterns, think creatively and apply critical thinking to complex issues.
