We are leading the way in leveraging AI technology to address the demand and capacity crisis facing Dermatology safely.We are a team of passionate people who want to build a future where no one dies from skin cancer.As Skin Analytics enters an exciting phase of growth, we are on the search for driven and forward-thinking individuals to join our new team of Regional Account Managers.Role overviewThe Regional Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our NHS partners, with a focus on retention, as well as looking for opportunities to maximise value from our solution to ensure successful renewal.You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts within your assigned region, becoming the go-to person for our NHS partners. You will also lead engagement strategies for the wider healthcare system, working with stakeholders from ICBs, Cancer Alliances and NHS Trusts.This is a senior role where you are expected to work with autonomy and be comfortable leading the charge and taking responsibility within your assigned region. You will work alongside the wider Account Management team and report to the NHS Account Management Lead.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management of a portfolio of NHS accountsProactively communicate with customers to understand their goals and challengesDevelop and execute strategic account plans in your assigned regionManage renewal cycles end-to-end; creating business cases, guiding procurement and leading the re-contracting processBuild relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in the NHS; developing Key Opportunity Leaders (KOLs) who want to advocate for usLead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with engagement across clinical and operational stakeholdersHelp to develop strategies to leverage local and national conversations around dermatologySupport with landing new business, by joining the dots across the region with successes and opportunities, while steering marketing requirementsContribute to the management of our CRM tool, ensuring accurate recording of customer interactions and account statisticsAttendance at local and regional events to support live partners and promote SAExperienceYou have 5-7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Business DevelopmentExperience in the NHS or healthcare more broadlyStrong understanding of healthcare workflows and end-user needsAn interest in, and aptitude for, technologyConfident leading commercial negotiations and ideally have experience navigating NHS procurement routes and contractingYou are comfortable with a start-up environment, fast-moving projects and agile approaches - the ability to context-switchExcellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technologyCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationshipsExperience in working cross-functionally daily. Being the bridge that connects the partners / patients with the rest of the internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Clinical etc)You get things done and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take responsibilityYou are passionate, driven and can self-motivateDevelopment & SupportOnce you join our team, we will ensure you benefit from a thorough onboarding programme.
