Overview Sentara Urgent Care St. Luke's is now hiring a full‑time Patient Care Specialist based in Carrollton, VA. Location Carrollton, VA Work Shift Swing Shift – 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday‑Friday. Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Schedule will consist of two 12‑hour shifts, one 8‑hour shift, and one 6‑hour shift with alternating weekends. Responsibilities As a Patient Care Specialist with Sentara Healthcare, you will provide non‑clinical support within a physician’s office and ensure an excellent patient experience by performing a variety of complex administrative tasks. Primary duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient questions. Teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.
