Lead engaging educational activities that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Be a key person in a child’s journey by overseeing development, addressing care needs, and building strong, trusting family connections. Qualifications Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education. Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood education. Strong communication skills to connect with children, parents, and colleagues. Excellent organisational abilities to keep learning environments structured yet exciting. Deep understanding of child development to plan and deliver engaging activities that help young learners thrive.
