We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Operations Manager to lead and manage our office functions across two sites, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and exceptional front‑of‑house service. This is a key leadership role within our Senior Management Team, supporting the growth and efficiency of our charity. About the Role As Office Operations Manager, you will: Oversee and develop office systems and administrative processes across two sites. Manage and support a small team of administrators/receptionists. Ensure excellent customer service and supportive engagement with stakeholders, many of whom are seeking mental health support. Work closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team to drive operational excellence. Provide hands‑on support when needed and contribute to organisational development. What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and team management experience. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work across multiple sites and adapt to changing priorities. Experience in developing systems and processes for efficiency. Understanding of mental health services or the charity sector is desirable. Why Join Us?
