From day one, you’ll be supported with a comprehensive training programme and ongoing reviews throughout your two-year development plan. You’ll start by managing a small caseload of Credit Hire and non-serious Personal Injury claims, growing your knowledge and confidence as you go. Once you’re fully up to speed, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio and play a vital role in helping customers, brokers, and legal professionals through the claims process. Investigate and settle allocated claims Communicate with policyholders, solicitors and third parties by phone and email Maintain accurate estimates and reserve records for outstanding claims Ensure all claims are handled fairly and within the appropriate timeframes What Will You Need?
