With an excellent eye for detail and strong administration skills, this position delivers a quality service to all employees and management throughout the employee life cycle, ensuring data is maintained accurately, information is issued promptly and queries are resolved.This is a part-time opportunity working 20 hours per week. Monday to Friday 10:00–14:00.LocationThe HR team is mostly remote. The head office team is based at TFP Oxford Fertility, located in a business park on the outskirts of Oxford, close to junction 8a of the M40. There is ample free parking for staff and patients. If possible, the successful candidate will work onsite with the team once per month.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess all HR administration across the employee life cycle, ensuring internal databases maintain consistent and real-time informationManage probation periods for all new starters, ensuring appropriate documentation is collated and issuedManage end-to-end onboarding service for all new starters, delivering an excellent experience for both new employees and their line managersTrack and administer all maternity and paternity leaveEnsure HR-related systems are fully maintained with starters and leaversManage the HR team inbox to internal SLAs, including issuing relevant queries across the HR team to resolveDeal with appropriate emails with line managers and General ManagersMaintain electronic employee filesExcluding pension, manage all relevant benefits administrationRun monthly reports post-payroll input to VLookUp and compare across databasesLiaise with payroll on all relevant employee information in line with set cut-off periodsConfidentialityThe role requires a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity of information about employees in accordance with National and European data protection legislation.Essential Qualifications and ExperienceGCSEsKey experience in an administration role with high levels of confidentialityExperience working with Microsoft Office and some databasesExcellent attention to detailAbility to prioritise and self-motivate to meet target SLAsComfortable working in a sole role yet part of a teamWillingness to ask questions and suggest changes to processes that improve serviceRight to work in the country of applicationSatisfactory criminal record checksDesirableAdministration NVQ or equivalentExperience in HR AdministrationVLookUp skills in Microsoft ExcelUnderstanding of a HR team and its purposeAdditional InformationHours: Part Time – 20 hours, Monday to Friday 10:00–14:00Salary: Competitive (Depending on Experience)Pension: Dual contribution pension schemeAnnual Leave: 27 days + bank holidays (pro rata) #J-18808-Ljbffr
