The Role We are seeking Lecturers to teach across a range of undergraduate levels as part of our BA (Hons) Global Business Management programme with University Of Suffork partnership. Due to our delivery model, flexibility is required to teach during weekdays, evenings and weekends. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Responsibilities All aspects of planning, delivering, and assessing student work, ensuring that all learning outcomes are met. Developing, updating, and improving course materials. Using a variety of learning and teaching methods/materials. Actively engaging in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings, and other administrative duties. Staying up to date with latest developments in the field and student support practices. Working towards clearly defined objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and progression. Qualifications Master's degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable). Previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area. Extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter. Experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback. Accurate reporting skills and ability to maintain thorough and organised student records. Ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills. Ability to work with diverse groups of people. Desirable Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification (or commitment to enrol on a teaching programme during the probationary period and complete within three years), or Fellowship of HEA (or international equivalent). Experience of design/development of academic or professional education programmes. What We Offer 25 days annual leave, plus 8 public holidays.
