As our next Senior Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of that mission, creating standout content that connects with trades, builds trust, and showcases the value of being part of Checkatrade. From videos and podcasts to social posts and thought leadership, you’ll shape how we show up in the spaces our audience already engages with. You’ll bring stories to life, spark conversations, and produce content that inspires trades to join and stay with Checkatrade. Forget long lists – here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on: Leading the content marketing strategy to grow awareness and engagement among trades. Creating video, podcast, and multi-format content that celebrates trade success and the value of Checkatrade. Liaising with videographers, designers, and agencies to produce high-quality, engaging assets. Developing compelling stories and messaging that cut through across digital and offline channels. Partnering with Paid Media, SEO, CRM, and Brand to deliver joined-up campaigns. Using insights and performance data to optimise content for reach and impact. Building strong relationships with Sales, Product, and wider Marketing to ensure content supports business goals. It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring: Proven experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio of video, podcast, and multimedia work. A track record of producing engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and measurable growth. The ability to develop strategy while rolling up your sleeves to create and deliver content. Confidence in measuring success across platforms and optimising accordingly.
