Night Clinical Unit Manager – Care Concern Group Join our team as a Night Clinical Unit Manager at Care Concern Group. This full‑time role involves managing the night shift at Kingsacre Care Home, located near the historic town of Clydebank. The position offers a contract of 44 hours per week at a rate of £20.80 per hour, and includes a full benefits package. What We Offer £20.80 per hour Full‑time contract of 44 hours per week Paid breaks Pension scheme On‑site parking Paid PVG & NMC fees Uniform provision 5.6 weeks annual leave (full‑time contract) Key Responsibilities Lead the clinical team, ensuring residents’ medical, physical, and emotional needs are met. Maintain compliance with the clinical governance framework and uphold high care standards. Mentor and motivate staff, championing residents’ safety and dignity and fostering continuous improvement. Provide outstanding leadership for all colleagues, fostering a supportive working environment. As the named nurse, support residents with complex needs and varying dependency levels. Pursue clinical excellence, setting a high standard for care within the home. What We’re Looking For Registered nurse with a valid PIN. Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver high‑quality care. Experience with older adults (asset). Prior leadership experience, able to inspire and develop teams.
