Our core activities include vessel ownership, vessel management, project management, engineering, vessel operations, survey, remote intervention and diving operations. DOF offers a full spectrum of top‑quality offshore services. Responsibilities Procurement sourcing strategy and implementation. Creation and negotiation of Purchase Orders. Invitation to Tender preparation. Tender evaluation. Administration of tender clarifications. New Supplier registration. Management of Purchase Orders / Subcontracts and Suppliers / Subcontractors. Engagement with internal stakeholders in all aspects of supplier selection, evaluation and risk management. Provide advice on pre‑qualification/approval and risk status of Suppliers to the project. Ensure regular checks are undertaken to ensure departmental procedures are complied with and adhered to. Requirements Experience in procurement management. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Team player with strong independent working skills. Problem‑solving and analytical skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
