The Role Lead and develop a regional HSE team (4-6 direct reports). Act as the go‑to specialist for all things Health, Safety & Environmental across property services, development and neighbourhoods. Drive risk reduction, compliance, and continuous improvement. Own incident reporting, investigation quality and stakeholder coaching. Deliver strategic HSE programmes aligned to our “Everyone Safe & Well” vision. Represent HSE at senior meetings and external forums. What’s required from you Strong track record in HSE leadership roles. NEBOSH L6 Diploma (or equivalent) + environmental qualification. Confident, credible communicator with the ability to influence and coach. Experience shaping policies, raising standards and driving cultural change.
