This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on senior responsibilities, contribute to the growth of and complement a highly ranked team, all within a dynamic setting and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Handle diverse technology-related matters across digital and creative sectors Provide expert advice to leading multinationals and iconic brands Develop and maintain client relationships independently Draft, negotiate, and oversee commercial agreements, intellectual property, and digital law matters Lead work within a fast‑paced environment, supporting junior staff as needed Qualifications & Experience Solicitor with 4‑6 PQE, substantial experience in commercial/technology-related legal matters (ideally within a sizeable law firm or niche technology practice) Proven track record in dealing with commercial agreements, intellectual property, and digital law Strong understanding of digital and creative industries, advising on emerging legal issues Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage and develop client relationships independently Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with a proactive approach to challenges What We Offer This role offers a market‑leading salary and benefits package, alongside opportunities for professional development and career progression within a forward‑thinking firm.
