About the role As the Affiliate Manager, you will lead OnBuy’s affiliate marketing program across all 21 countries we operate in. Your primary responsibility will be to grow affiliate performance across Europe and beyond, bringing your entrepreneurial mindset to build and own a comprehensive program. Affiliate Program Development Manage publisher networks to deliver predictable growth across all markets. Proactively manage an editorial content strategy to increase media coverage and drive sales. Identify and recruit a diverse range of affiliate partners, including discount code, CSS partners and influencers. Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Ensure optimal performance and ROI by managing affiliate partnerships. Track and analyse affiliate performance metrics, turning insight into actions that drive meaningful impact. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling affiliate marketing materials and promotional offers. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging affiliate marketing technologies. Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers. Market Expansion Lead the expansion of the affiliate program into new markets, identifying the most appropriate networks and onboarding new publishers. Adapt the affiliate strategy to suit different market dynamics and consumer behaviours. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth market entry and localisation of marketing materials. Requirements Experience & Skills: Strong understanding of attribution, reattribution, and incrementality of CSS / publishers. Proven track record in affiliate marketing with an established network of affiliates in the UK and Europe, preferably in the e‑commerce industry. Commercial deal‑making mindset and ability to negotiate competitive terms for high‑value partnerships. Deep knowledge of the UK, European, and US e‑commerce markets. Experience building and scaling affiliate programs from the ground up. Thrived in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. Knowledge of different affiliate partner types and how to work with them. Experience writing editorial content is a big advantage; exposure to managing press relations desirable. Strong analytical skills; ability to use Excel to review margins and identify efficiency opportunities. Highly organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience working with affiliate networks and tracking platforms. Strong commercial acumen and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making. Excellent stakeholder management and professional communication when working with external parties. Data‑led analytical approach to understanding attribution and cross‑impacts from affiliates and other channels. Ambitious, driven, high‑energy marketer with a desire to win. Benefits The salary on offer for this role is £60 000–£70 000 depending on experience.
