Overview Commercial Property Accountant. OUR CLIENT is a growing, international real estate investment company that owns large portfolios in major UK cities. They are expanding their London accounting team and are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Accountant. Responsibilities Preparation of quarterly management accounts (including profit and loss, balance sheets) for 5 entities. Preparing financial statements for 5 entities. Performing monthly bank reconciliations. Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable and expenses. Preparing payment runs. Preparing monthly cash flow reports and projections. Month end closing. Posting journal entries including accruals and prepayments. Assisting with / submitting VAT and CIS returns. Requirements At least 5 years within a commercial real estate / property company. Experience with financial reporting and management accounts is essential. Be tech savvy - proficient in Excel. Have experience of using a property system such as MRI QUBE, Yardi, TRAMPs or similar. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company where you will be hands-on and gain lots of experience.
