Job DescriptionOur client is a well-established and fast-growing asbestos and environmental consultancy providing a vast range of asbestos services to a mixed portfolio of clients across the country. Due to acquiring new contracts and current business requirement they are currently in the process of employing a high‑calibre, home‑based Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Leicester areas. Applications will be considered from Loughborough, Nuneaton, Melton Mowbry, Rugby and the surrounding areas.Purpose of the RoleCover multiple contracts within the designated areas.Qualifications & ExperienceAttained P403/P404 certificate or equivalent RSPH certificate.Significant and varied experience working within this role and within the asbestos industry.Well versed with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.Good client‑facing and organisational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4‑stage clearances, re‑occupation and personal air testing on various properties.Monitoring asbestos contractors on site and ensuring compliance with the Asbestos Health and Safety legislation.Collating and producing accurate reports as and when required.Liaising with the company’s mixed portfolio clients on a regular basis – building and maintaining a good working rapport.Travel to sites as required; work independently and effectively.In general, the successful candidate will be an all‑rounder, flexible, committed, reliable, focused and able to work independently and effectively and at the same time be flexible with regards to travelling to sites.An attractive salary, depending on expertise, company vehicle and many other benefits awaits the right candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
