Alongside a trader’s mentality, it is essential that you have some knowledge of Agricultural insurance, combined with a good understanding of the unique risks faced by those who live and work in the countryside. You must also have excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
