Founded in 2010 by professionals trained at some of the largest MEP firms, they have over 100 years of combined experience in delivering high-quality MEP Design and Build schemes in sectors including commercial, industrial, and education.Based in Leeds, our client is gaining recognition as a leading Building Services Consulting Engineer. They are an independent practice that has enjoyed consistent growth since inception, with a strong order book and a focus on organic expansion. The team currently includes 10 M&E Design professionals, many with previous experience in similar roles, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.The company is now seeking a BIM Specialist to enhance project delivery through improved BIM modelling. Currently, BIM tasks are managed by a small team of Revit-trained Design Engineers, but the increasing project volume necessitates a dedicated full-time BIM Coordinator. This role will focus on developing and standardising BIM models, working closely with the M&E Design Team, and ultimately supporting the growth of a small BIM team, with opportunities to progress to BIM Manager.Applications are invited from experienced MEP Revit Technicians or Coordinators who are proficient in Revit and experienced in collaborating with M&E Design Engineers. The successful candidate will manage daily workloads, ensure high-quality model production, and handle associated IT administration.
