About the Role Based in our London or Guildford office, you will work in the Urban Design team, supporting the Transport – Civil, Place, & Movement Engineering and wider Transport teams. Core Responsibilities Provide inputs to and assist in resolving complex technical issues on multidisciplinary urban highway, transport and public realm schemes. Produce high quality designs and drawings from concept through to detailed design using AutoCAD and 3D modelling. Assist with data analysis and report compilation under supervision. Attend sites to carry out and/or assist with surveys and site audits. Liaise with and support team members within the section. Keep up to date with developments in the sector and broaden knowledge of Transport. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Class 2.1 degree or above in Civil Engineering (other relevant subjects considered). Aptitude for applying engineering principles and design development. Strong numeracy with focus on problem solving. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, enthusiastic team player with keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset. Growing commercial awareness and ability to work with diverse clients and projects. Agile learner, actively learning through experimentation and experience, seeking growth. What We Offer A competitive salary.
