English Graduate Cover Supervisor Key Responsibilities

Manage behaviour in the classroom ensuring a safe and productive learning environment
Supervise pre set work by the subject teacher
Be a positive influence on students and ensure the high standards of the school are maintained
Commitment to safeguarding and the health and safety of studentsIdeal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in English
Excellent communication skills
Warm and friendly approach
Ability to remain calm and manage behaviour
