You will be covering sites across: Newcastle‑upon‑Tyne, North Shields, Whiteley Bay, Blyth, Morpeth, Ashington, Ponteland, Ryton, Prudhoe, Blaydon, Wallsend, South Shields, Hebburn, Gateshead, Sunderland, Washington, Chester‑le‑Street, Houghton le Spring, Seaham, Murton, Durham, Consett, Lanchester, Durham, Wingate, Spennymoor, Bishop Auckland, Newton Aycliffe, Hartlepool, Middlesborough, Stockton‑on‑Tees, Darlington. Experience / Qualifications Must hold the P402, P403 and P404 qualifications (BOHS or RSPH equivalent) Will have proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst within a UKAS accredited firm Fully conversant in HSG 264, HSG 248 and UKAS guidelines IT literate Experienced in producing detailed technical reports Able to travel as required The Role Undertaking the full range of management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys Conducting 4 stage clearances as well as smoke, leak, background, re‑occupation and personal air testing Collecting suspected ACM samples from site Analysing samples and recording results Writing detailed technical reports, including site‑specific drawings Managing the HSE and compliance across site removal projects Working across a range of commercial, industrial and residential client sites Maintaining and building strong working relationships with clients Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry; we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
