Responsibilities Assist the multidisciplinary team in all aspects of care, ensuring patient‑focused, safe, and timely delivery. Provide clinical support to maintain efficient ward operations. Assist registered staff in the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care. Help patients achieve daily living tasks including personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility. Document patient intake of fluids and food accurately and assist when necessary. Utilise appropriate equipment and manual handling techniques to maintain optimal mobility and physical comfort. Safeguard patient privacy, dignity, independence, and identity. Prevent pressure area damage. Contribute to end‑of‑life care, ensuring dignity at death.
