OverviewHGV Tanker Driver - Nights at Lanes Group. We are looking for HGV Class 1 or Class 2 drivers to work on a full-time night schedule on our waste water contract. Driving a vacuum tanker, you will transport non-hazardous liquids from sites to disposal facilities across the regions. You will be provided with a phone and an app to outline the jobs assigned by the Operations Supervisor.Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, Nights 6pm – 6am. Location: Chalgrove, Oxford. Salary: £20.40 per hour.This position is open to internal and external candidates. Strictly no agencies please.ResponsibilitiesOperate HGV-mounted vacuum and tankers for drainage and waste management tasks.Independently manage job sites, ensuring safe practices and high-quality work.Communicate professionally with customers.Accurately complete job reports and system updates.Conduct daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance, reporting any faults promptly.Maintain high health and safety standards, including proper PPE use and regulatory compliance.Experience And QualificationsHGV Class 1 or Class 2 driving licence.Valid in-date CPC and up-to-date tachograph/digi tachograph card.What We Offer21 days holiday including Bank HolidaysPension, Death in ServiceTraining and progression opportunitiesFull PPE providedCycle to work scheme – after qualifying periodComprehensive training and use of company equipment to ensure competency and safety #J-18808-Ljbffr
