OverviewBand 6 Neonatal Nurse for North Wales. 1 x 37.5 hours per week. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.Main duties of the jobWith strong team working and leadership skills, you will communicate well with colleagues and families. The ability to communicate in Welsh is not essential but would be an advantage. You should have the vision and ability to help move the service forward, while getting the best out of your colleagues and team and will never compromise on quality, always treating others with respect and dignity.This area is geographically diverse, comprising large rural areas, an extensive coastline, several large population centres and industrial areas. It offers spectacular landscapes and a rich cultural heritage – many of the population we serve speak both Welsh and English. We have good road and rail links into English cities like Chester, Liverpool and Manchester and ferry links to Ireland.We employ around 16,000 staff and have an annual budget of around £1.1 billion.
