Affinity Workforce Solutions are working in partnership with a school in Bristol who are looking for a full time Product Design Teacher. The successful candidate must have Qualified Teacher Status, experience in a UK school and promote creativity and independence in the students at this school. The role includes teaching Product Design to KS3 and KS4 students. The individual must have a positive mindset and be a role model to these students. The days working will be Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm. The pay scale will be MPS1 - UPS3. This role has the opportunity to go permanent if the applicant is successful. The successful applicant: Qualified Teachers Status Have a sound understanding of Secondary Education Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills Have confidence supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties and other SEND students, both in smalls groups and 1:1. Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job. Support in writing CV's and job applications. £200 for any successful referral of Teachers and £100 for Teaching Assistants. You will receive free, up to date safeguarding training. Training workshops and CPD courses to provide professional development. The option of working under a PAYE or Umbrella pay scheme.
