Job Description UPVC Fabrication Supervisor - Immediate Opportunity Location : Bolton Salary : £600 per week Hours : Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (subject to variation) Job Type : Permanent, Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and motivated UPVC Fabrication Supervisor to lead and coordinate our skilled production team. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll take ownership of the daily manufacturing process‑driving efficiency, maintaining quality, and ensuring our premium UPVC windows and doors are produced to the highest possible standards. Key Responsibilities Supervising, motivating, and developing a team of UPVC Fabricators. Managing workflow across all stages of production – from measuring and cutting to welding and assembling components. Overseeing the operation and upkeep of advanced fabrication machinery and tools. Implementing rigorous quality control procedures to ensure every product meets specification. Promoting and maintaining a safe, compliant, and organised working environment. Working closely with management to enhance production performance and achieve business goals. Essential Requirements Proven experience in UPVC window and door fabrication. Demonstrated leadership experience within a fabrication or manufacturing environment. Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret detailed drawings and specifications. Excellent organisational skills and an eye for precision and quality. Confident communicator with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team. Why Join Us?
