Experienced Teaching Assistant Required Location: Ashford, Staines Salary: Experience dependant Start Date: ASAP The Role: Teaching Personnel is looking for a motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work across a mainstream primary school within the Ashford area. The ideal educator would have experience working either 1-1 or within small groups of students of primary age. The educator would need to be flexible to work across the school/resource base. Key Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 support to a student with additional learning needs. Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment. Supporting the student in completing assigned work and encouraging independent learning. Monitoring student progress and reporting any concerns to the class teacher. Key Requirements: Passion for education and helping students succeed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with young people. Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting students. Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is important.
