Overview At Cadmus, we aim to provide 1 billion students with access to high‑quality education by 2050. The Head of Learning (EMEA) will onboard, nurture, and grow relationships with university partners to embed the Cadmus platform across institutional ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Driving University Transformation Lead end‑to‑end implementation and seamless integration of the Cadmus platform across UK partner universities, ensuring technical and academic alignment. Coordinate rollout planning and deliver stakeholder enablement across central administration and academic faculties. Forging Strategic Alliances Build and nurture strategic partnerships with senior leaders in teaching and learning. Facilitate consultative conversations to understand institutional challenges and design scalable, pedagogically aligned solutions. Lead product roadmap discussions, report on implementation milestones, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to reinforce platform value and identify growth opportunities. Elevating Educator Impact Design and deliver high‑impact training and professional learning programs based on evidence‑based practices. Support educators in designing authentic assessments that promote deep student skill development. Provide ongoing guidance, usage insights, and analytics to continuously improve adoption and teaching quality. Leading a High‑Performance Team Recruit, onboard, and directly lead Learning Design Managers, setting standards for academic support. Coach and mentor team members through structured feedback and personalised development plans. Professional Skills & Experience Experience in higher education, EdTech, or a related field. Background in customer success with troubleshooting product-related inquiries. Enthusiasm for designing and delivering engaging training or workshops. Ability to build positive relationships across diverse settings. Interest in developing and evaluating assessments aligned with learning objectives.
